Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$111,104.00-$177,767.00

Essential Job Functions:

• Analyze, draft, negotiate, and manage the approval process for print and mail or direct/output solutions related agreements and amendments
• Consistently analyze and mitigate complex contractual risk, while increasing efficiency and consistency in contracting
• Analyze, Review, draft and negotiate vendor-facing procurement agreements related to technology and other goods and services
• Analyze, draft, finalize and apply internal governance policies in view of their impact upon the work
• Provide written and oral legal advice as requested
• Advice and counsel internal clients with respect to the legal policies and the legal implications of proposed transactions; maintain open communication and good working relationships with both internal clients and clients of the Company
• Collaborate with Counsel and internal business clients to share best practices, implement risk management strategies, and follow corporate directives, policies, and procedures
• Research, analyze and keep current on legal issues and laws, legislation, regulations, and court decisions affecting the print and mail industry and print and mail service providers
• This job may result in nominal domestic travel up to 10%

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant legal experience
• Bar admission in good standing
• Experience in drafting, advising on and negotiating IT related commercial agreements
• Effective analytic capabilities and written and oral communication skills
• Effective negotiator with strong business acumen and ability to serve as a business advisor
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects under time deadlines
• Demonstrated Customer and Client Focus
• Ability to be productive in stressful, time-sensitive situations and fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical skills
• Exceptional organizational, writing and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Previous IT industry experience

Education:

• J.D. from accredited law school
• Licensed and qualified to practice law in the United States
