Responsibilities:
Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Actively reach out to current and new customers to set up remote training sessions to drive sales.
* Conduct live webinars and training sessions on selling, product knowledge and technology.
* Assist the Customer Success Managers onsite when needed with in-person training.
* Develop custom training programs based on the customers' needs and objectives.
* Responsible for working with an internal team to be sure that accounts have everything they need for success including IT, Product, Marketing, Ops, Sales and Customer Service.
* Assist with internal team's deployment schedules and trainings
* Work cross functionally across the sales organization to ensure success for roll outs of technology
* You must have incredible project management skills, the ability to multitask and be extremely organized.
Desired Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent Service
● 5+ years relevant or related customer education to training - onsite or webinar
● Understanding of law enforcement agencies, officers, coordinators
● Service in fast-growing SaaS business model
● Success providing customer training and/or onboarding
● Proven ability to design, manage and deliver projects
● Understanding of industry-related Customer Service operations, technologies and trends
Required Qualifications:
● 3+ years relevant or related customer training, software operations experience
● Service working extensively with customers in fast paced environments
● Excellent problem solving and technical skills
● Willingness to learn details of Law Enforcement Agencies, Small / Medium Businesses Law Enforcement Officers and Managed Services for Law Enforcement
Compensation:
● Salary with bonus potential, based on skills and experience
