Our client located in Des Plaines is looking for a self-starting, motivated individual to assist with their Talent Acquisition team. As a Corporate Recruiter, this person would be responsible for full cycle recruitment of all levels of corporate positions. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience recruiting for passive candidates in a previous corporate or agency role and can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:
* Full cycle recruitment for corporate requisitions
* Implement effective recruiting plan by employing traditional sourcing strategies and creative outlets such as utilizing job boards, social media, job fairs, and community outreaches
* Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates to build network
* Review and evaluate applicants and referrals for positions requirements
* Conduct pre-screening interviews by phone, video, and/or in person
* Maintain applicant and interview data
* Extend approved offers and perform background investigations
* Maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Qualifications:
* 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting
* Bachelor's degree in HR or related area is preferred
* Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
* Ability to be flexible, responsive, and work under deadline pressure.
* Effectively work independently as well as part of a team
