Job Opportunity: Remote Corporate Legal Assistant
Are you an organized and detail-oriented legal professional looking to advance your career in the legal field? Join a thriving law firm as a Corporate Legal Assistant and be a vital part of our client's corporate & securities law team.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Preparation: Draft, review, and manage corporate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
Client Interaction: Maintain positive contact with clients and assist with their inquiries.
Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for attorneys.
Filing: Organize and maintain both electronic and physical files.
Administrative Support: Assist with billing, timekeeping, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a legal assistant or in a related role.
Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Docusign, Sharepoint, and Zoom.
