Innova's direct client is seeking a Corporate Insurance Risk Analystto join their team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time, direct hire role. Hybrid-Remote (on-site 3 days, remote 2 days).

Working with third party partners, property owners, insurance brokers, agents, carriers, and internal departments to ensure compliance with the requirements. Properties that do not comply with the insurance requirements may be subject to hearings, booking restrictions, and/or termination.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates remediation efforts with Legal, Brand Management and Executive Teams.
  • Maintains the global inventory of corporate insurance policies and works with designated insurance brokers to ensure policies are renewed and coverage is appropriate.
  • Ensures that obtains Certificates of Insurance (COI) to cover liabilities for various meetings, events, and activities.
  • Analyze and Track compliance with the Property Insurance standards by monitoring reports from the third-party COI processor and coordinating appropriate responses and reports.
  • Maintain the inventory of corporate insurance policies and facilitate coverage and renewal activities with brokers to ensure that appropriate coverage and policies are maintained.
  • Resolve property and insurance compliance issues with a positive attitude and eagerness to find a viable solution.
  • Assist the Treasury department on an as needed basis
Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years' experience in commercial insurance policy processing and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and COI's
  • Prior experience with reviewing COIs for insurance compliance.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, especially in using Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  • Smartsheet experience a plus.
  • Ability to interpret compliance with the Property Insurance Compliance standards.
  • Ability to work with a broad spectrum of stakeholders including properties, insurance brokers, agents, carriers, and internal departments.
  • Ability to deliver a compliance decision fairly, politely, and firmly, with a clear message.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Target Salary: $60k-65k*
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
