Beacon Hill Legal is seeking attorney candidates with corporate finance experience to support financial deal work on behalf of a national firm's finance group. This is a fully remote, long-term, and part-time work assignment. Active licensure in the state where candidates live and work is required.

While candidates with in-house corporate finance experience are welcome to apply, ideal candidates will have mid- to large-law firm experience, including a minimum of 3+ years of practice-specific experience. Additionally, specific practice experience with the following corporate matters is strongly preferred:

• Bankruptcy reorganizations and liquidations;
• Work-outs;
• Distressed debt purchases and sale;
• Second lien and mezzanine financings;
• Other subordinated debt financings.
