Client: Strategic Mobility Group
Location: Schaumburg - 2 days WFH, 3 days in office
Temp to Perm
Pay: $25-32/hr temp, $45-68k perm
Title: Copywriter

This role will be working with our client who is an innovative technology company. The Copywriter supports the creative production team, based in Schaumburg, IL. This role will also maintain familiarity with the company narrative and provide content that aligns with strategic objectives that adhere to brand standards and consistent brand voice. The candidate will work on a wide variety of content creation projects including developing accurate content and creative copy as well as supporting print and digital marketing vehicles.
Responsibilies
* Writes innovative copy for new marketing materials, including ad copy, emails, social media, and website content
* Develops content based on marketing objectives to help increase performance of campaigns
* Writes copy as needed for miscellaneous projects, including marketing communications and presentations
* Proofreads and completes content edits when necessary to maintain grammatical standards, specifications, and documentation
* Performs as the copy expert and resource for marketing team, including designers and marketing managers
* Participates in concepting and creative brainstorming sessions

Qualifications
* 3+ copywriting and editing experience
* Strong writing ability with focus on copywriting for technology market preferred
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently on projects
* Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
* BA/BS degree in Marketing/PR, English or related field
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. AEM experience a plus
* Writing samples will be expected.
