We seek a Coordinator of Brand Reputation to support Inspire's family of brands by mitigating and managing high-priority issues that occur across our restaurant system. The successful candidate has strong experience in issue response and crisis communications and a particular acumen in supporting programs that protect brand reputation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the issue response process to mitigate and manage reputational risk. This includes preparing response plans, investigating special situations, collaborating across departments, monitoring media, and supporting field teams and franchise partners.
• Serve as an internal point of contact for crisis management planning and preparedness across Inspire's restaurant system. This includes supporting a range of incidents and complex situations that may negatively impact brand reputation of Inspire or our brands.
• Support the development and implementation of new processes, tools, and materials to help mitigate and manage crisis incidents and issues globally.
• Support the continuous improvement of crisis communications playbooks and scenario plans, including training materials and training exercises for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor the media landscape and track emerging issues.
• Serve as a media contact for issues and manage incoming inquiries from reporters, including the development of holding statements, talking points for key stakeholders, and external facing materials on behalf of our brands.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree
• Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field.
