Job Summary: The Controls Estimator is responsible for accurate pricing of controls materials, systems, and services for a complete, functional automation/building management system. The Controls Estimator will work closely with the Construction department and develop accurate controls bids and proposals. The Controls Estimator will also work closely with the Sale Team and assist in pricing and developing proposals for the work they are pursuing. networking, and building control techniques.

Controls Estimator Duties and Responsibilities:

• Submit proposals on the control section of the Construction bid.
• Educate Estimating on the control sections of the bids in regards to what to look out for as well as how we can become more competitive.
• Assist in pricing and developing controls proposals
• Educating and training the Service Techs on Alerton Controls and what to look for in regards to finding control opportunities.
• Seasoned professional who can effectively look at plans and develop an informative scope and proposal.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
• 1 - 2 years relevant experience
