Salary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $85,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
JDP is seeking a Control System Engineer outside of Seattle, WA area! Full relocation assistance is available.
Responsibilities:
- Develop logic and control schemes to oversee manufacturing process
- Develop PLC and HMI code in various platforms
- Develop system architecture to be quickly deployed to remote locations in high volume
- Provide day to day support to troubleshoot existing PLC and DCS control systems, including 24/7 coverage during turnarounds and new project start ups
- Experience in CI manufacturing in all project phases
- Provide training to maintenance department on changes or new installation
- Manage relationship with PLC supplier and 3rd parties as necessary
- Assist with local, state and federal permitting applications
Requirements:
- BS degree in Engineering discipline preferred
- 4-5+ years experience developing PLC and HMI code
- Food background or form/film/seal experiences preferred
- Experience with PLC hardware and programming
- Experience with electrical equipment
- Experience with Profibus/Profinet systems
