Position:

Continuous Process Improvement Manager

Job Description:

This Continuous Process Improvement Manager will focus on the leading of continuous process project improvements as well as executing current approved projects within the many facets of Arrow's organization. The purpose of this role is to deliver structure and guidance to high level teams engaged in critical business arenas. This function is crucial for analyzing and implementing significant multi-generational change within the organization that may cross many internal and external boundaries for Arrow. Ensuring all entities affected are methodically reviewed and considered before and after offering change.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives
• Illustrate and evaluate existing processes
• Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams
• Develop metrics that provide data for process measurements, identify indicators for future improvement opportunities, and collects data to identify root causes
• Measure performance against process requirements, aligns improvements to performance shortfalls, and provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality
• Deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, and process improvements
• Performs cost and benefit analyses
• Continuous process improvements throughout an 800,000 square foot warehouse facility

What We Are Looking For

• 7 -10+ years directing and managing continuous improvement projects
• Experience with Visio, MS Project, Jump, Smartsheets, PowerPoint and MiniTab software
• Expert with Six Sigma and Lean Operation methodologies such as Dmaic, Agile, 8D, and 5S
• Familiarity with Kaizen events and process trainings
• Requires the ability to travel 25%

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$103,500.00 - $126,500.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
