Responsible for identifying project training needs, developing procedures and training Ashfield staff and management, including ongoing refresher training and project specific training. Assist with project specific quality management, such as employee training documentation audit preparation, document review/editing and filing.

What will you be doing?
  • Assist with the design, development and revision of training and instructional materials for classroom use, ad-hoc and/or self-administered training as appropriate by leadership.
  • Train project team and management. Includes onboarding of new hires to project, ongoing refresher training and project specific training.
  • Make recommendations on the best methodology and implementation methods for the training programs. Provide ongoing feedback, schedule coaching sessions with team members, and update management team on employees' progress.
  • Collaborate with project leadership to facilitate preceptor program within project.
  • Assist with the development of engagement activities and team building initiatives within project team.
  • Create power point presentations or excel documents, as required.
  • Test trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training.
  • Perform project-training certifications and complete appropriate documentation.
  • File training materials in an organized manner for efficient access by staff.
  • Conduct call and data monitoring for project.
  • Review and analyze AE and PQC reports/cases and narratives completed by Call Center staff to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and client guidelines.
  • Document and score the results of each report/case review and call monitoring in the Ashfield Quality Management System (QMS) in order for Call Center Staff to review timely feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal and client audits as directed, including corrective action/preventative action work associated with any findings and observations.
  • Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelines set forth in the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA).

What do you need for this position?
  • Current US healthcare professional license (LPN, RN, PA, Pharmacist or Physician License) is preferred.
  • Bachelor Degree or related work experience preferred.
  • Coaching experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with disease states, medical terminology, and drug interactions or toxicity is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver feedback to employees in a constructive manner.
  • Ability to develop and proof training materials.
  • Ability to speak effectively in interpersonal situations and before groups of employees.
  • Excellent listening skills in order to identify and anticipate training needs.
  • Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize workflow activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extremely detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and understand data and file layouts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
