Consultant, IPO/SPAC Advisory

Compensation: $70/hour and up

Location: Remote

Duration: Immediate Start (3-4 month projects)

We have multiple projects for clients seeking assistance with IPO Readiness. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Strong technical accounting experience and experience writing technical white papers
• SEC Reporting experience
• Strong project management skills
• IPO/SPAC experience

Preferred experience:

• Experience with ASC 280
