What You Will Be Doing As Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for all phases of each individual project from conception to finish. You will ensure that your jobs are completed in a safe and timely manner while adhering to the budget. This position is also responsible for the coordinating, negotiating, and directing the superintendents, subcontractors, and all other related parties.
What You Need for this Position At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager and experience with either:
- K-12
- Government
- Commercial
- Retail
- Airport
- Residential
