We are steadily growing and we are now currently seeking to bring on a Project Manager that has experience with hotel and multifamily construction.

What You Will Be Doing This is a construction Project Manager position, you will be responsible for the following and more:

-Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
-Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
-Meet contractual conditions of performance
-Review the work progress on daily basis
-Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
What You Need for this Position -At least 3+ years of Project Management experience
-Bachelors preferred
-Understanding of all facets of the construction process
-Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
