JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise construction crews, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
• Provide guidance and direction to field supervisors and workers.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop construction schedules and milestones.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Oversee construction quality control processes.
• Inspect workmanship, materials, and equipment to maintain high standards.
• Address any deviations from specifications promptly.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and labor requirements.
• Optimize resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
• Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Provide regular project updates to management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

QUALIFICATIONS
