We are growing and looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Estimator to join our team. If you have Commercial Construction experience and are looking to join a new family, look no further!
What You Will Be Doing What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and manage a hard bid process.
- Create and maintain subcontractor bid documents
- Coordinate with estimators, junior estimators, designers, operations management staff, and owners representatives for coordination of preconstruction services to deliver projects at the lowest reasonable cost in compliance with contract documents and quality measures.
- Assist in determining project feasibility
- Review design documents at all stages of design to determine both the nature of scope and work to be performed.
- Comply with all work-related deadlines
- Verify all material lead times for project schedule creation.
- Manage the preparation of documents an meeting s for preconstruction as necessary.
- Participate in project award interviews.
What You Need for this Position At least 4 years experience in Estimating/Construction
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Experience estimating projects 5M+
- General Contractor
- Commercial/Industrial
- Connect Software
