The Constant Observer / CNA will work within our Nursing Administration Dept. and support all our various units within the hospital.
The Constant Observer / CNA will manage and care for patients who may be at risk for self-injury, injury to others, elopement risk, fall risk or if their behavior is unpredictable and requires that someone stay with them at all times.
- Observes and monitors patient condition and records information and assists/supports health care team
Hours:
- Full Time
- Night Shift, 7p-7:30a
Requirements:
- CPR certification required
- Maryland CNA licensure a must
- Crisis Prevention Management (CPM) training and certification will be provided for you
