Downtown Chicago law firm is seeking an experienced Conflicts Attorney:

Description:

• Review and analyze conflicts of interest reports with respect to clients, matters and incoming lawyers
• Facilitate resolution of potential conflicts problems for lawyers firm wide
• Advise as to necessary waivers, and, upon request, assist in drafting waivers and engagement letters
• Other duties as may be assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position
• These duties may be ongoing or ad hoc in nature

Qualifications:

• Licensed attorney with conflicts experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills required
• Ability to work productively with firm personnel at all levels
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
