Position Summary

The GRC Application Administrator is the primary provider of support, information, and customer service for application-related issues and opportunities within the MFA's Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Software system, SAI Global's SAI360 software platform (SAI360). The role requires a blending of technical skills with a reasonable comprehension of the compliance department and requirements. This individual will also perform a variety of duties that will assist the Department of Compliance in the following: composing reports, training programs, monitoring productivity, organizing and maintaining records and conducting audits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

As a SAI360 System Admin:

  • Acts as the primary support contact for the application's end-users.

  • Schedule and administer user training for employees who will be working within the system as well as participate in the development of end-user training processes and/or curriculum content.

  • Assign security permission in the system if the employee is expected to be a log-in user of SAI360.
  • Builds reports within SAI360 using Power BI and performs periodic audits of system usage.
  • Identify issues that arise, guide workflow design, build and test the system, and analyze technical issues associated with SAI360.
  • Serves as a liaison between end users' workflow needs and the Department of Compliance, ensuring that all users conform to established configuration standards and user guidelines.
  • Identify and implement requested changes to the system.
  • Communicate as appropriate application changes, enhancements, and procedures to all necessary department teams.
  • Improves the use of the system's functionality (e.g., enhance workflow, optimize business processes and identify appropriate systems solutions as needed to match business needs).
  • Troubleshoots problems and questions from end users in the application, and determine if the issue needs to be escalated to SAI360 Support.
  • Provides regular updates to the Director of Compliance to discuss the status of deliverables, shared issues, end-user concerns, budget, and upcoming milestones.
  • Performs other duties as assigned in the support of the Department of Compliance and the overall Compliance Program for the organization.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, training, or coursework in the Healthcare field.

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of compliance experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is required.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Power BI and/or SAI Global SAI360 is ideal.
