Be a part of a multi-disciplinary team that provides support and encouragement to Adults with chronic mental illness so that they can live their best lives! Our Community based, Mental Health Clinicians gain comprehensive clinical experience working under experienced, Independently licensed clinicians. In addition, we offer a wide variety of career growth and training opportunities within our organization.

The clinicians in our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) program work with their supervisors and colleagues to develop clinical assessments, risk/safety planning, and treatment planning for clients. They also lead development of comprehensive recovery-based services, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and provide clinical leadership for an assigned group of clients, who reside in our residential group homes.

The new salary range for this position is $60k-$65k!

Required Skills

• Demonstrated ability to work successfully at coordinating care across a continuum of care required
• Bilingual skills and/or experience with multicultural populations a plus!

Required Experience

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field. Degree must be license eligible.
• LCSW, LICSW or LMHC preferred
