Position Profile
The CNA Scheduler provides a variety of administrative support functions related to CNA scheduling for a designated clinical office.
Responsibilities
• Manages phone/email communication effectively and efficiently.
• Performs C.N.A. scheduling.
• Performs accurate and timely C.N.A. scheduling/assignment entry.
• Communicates relevant and timely information to appropriate staff.
• Maintains and enhances professional skills.
• Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years medical field/office experience.
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and customer relation skills to interact with others in a helpful, cooperative and effective manner.
• Ability to give and follow written as well as oral instruction.
• Skilled in organizing and prioritizing work and manage multiple tasks and assignments.
Preferred Qualifications
• Scheduling experience strongly preferred.
