What You Will Be Doing - Part of product team (cloud governance) installing, configuring, automating and monitoring Cloud services (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS)
- Be a subject matter expert in cloud experience, assist global enterprise clients working with multiple cloud platforms
- Ensure internal and customer hosts and services thru monitoring, analyzing metrics and investigating alerts
- Explore and implement broad open source technologies. Help team to resolve technical issues.
- Customer focused, available on-call for solving critical problems
- Help process improvement in product deployments, cloud governance and customer success
What You Need for this Position - Experience managing Azure/Cloud IaaS, PaaS services
- Experience with DevOps technologies, automation, infrastructure orchestration configuration and CI/CD
- Experience in Linux and Windows Administration, server hardening
- Web and Application Server technologies like Apache, Nginix, IIS
- Experience with at least one scripting language like Bash, PowerShell, Ruby or Python
- Network protocols like HTTP, DNS and TCP/IP
- Experience managing control platforms like Git or SVN (or others)
