Requirements: Licensed in the state of Massachusetts with LMHC, LICSW or LADC1

Must have experience, competency, and/or training in both addiction and mental health. Specific experience with co-occurring disorders and with trauma informed care preferred. Computer proficiency in electronic health records and MS Word and Outlook

KEY ACTIVITIES: Collaborate with the Program Manager and Director to perform and manage the intake process toward a full census with clients that are appropriate for the program level of care. Oversee and ensure that:

  • Scope of Services reflects the philosophy, approach, and design of Recovery Home as described in BSAS and third payer procurement documents.
  • Admissions conform to the level of care associated with Recovery Homes.
  • Duration of Services (length of stay) consistent with medical necessity and ASAM 3.1 level of care.
  • Ensure that assessments conform to BSAS requirements are completed within the first week of treatment.
  • Therapeutic, Counseling, Case Management, and Recovery Specialist are supervised clinically, trained, and understand the target population through group and individual supervision.
  • Treatment and treatment services meet to Minimum Treatment Service Requirements required by BSAS and third-party payers.
  • Ensure completion and quality of clinical documentation in the CareLogic electronic health record system.
  • Program Components include advocacy and ombudsman services as required by BSAS.
  • Recovery Home level services include planned daily clinical services, counseling, monitoring, cognitive and motivational therapies, provided individually and in group, together with scheduled supports and activities that help clients develop and apply recovery skills.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (start times flexible)
