Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as the Clinical Supervisor in the Franklin Recovery Center program at Behavioral Health Network!

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Franklin Recovery Center program with the following:

• Overseeing clinical programming and care of individuals served
• Providing individual and group supervision to the counseling team
• Monitoring the development and implementation of person-centered treatment plans
• Overseeing comprehensive case management and discharge planning services
• Working with the Program Director and colleagues to maximize cross discipline coordination and collaboration with nursing and direct care staff
• Ensuring timely completion of clinical documentation with the goal of providing well-documented, high quality team-based treatment
• Overseeing 4-5 hours of daily recovery, health, and wellness programming
• Monitoring adherence to licensing regulations and standards of care through routine chart reviews, monthly on-site trainings for staff, and supervising the use of BHN\'s electronic health record

Who are we?

The Franklin Recovery Center in Greenfield, MA serves those 18 years of age and older who are suffering from drug and alcohol addiction and are at the beginning of their recovery. A Medical Director and an Addiction Medicine Physician work with a team of Recovery Specialists, Counselors, and nurses to provide acute treatment and detoxification services to the Franklin Recovery Center and the adjacent Northern Hope Center.

What are we looking for in a Clinical Supervisor?

• Commitment to empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration for individuals served (required).
• Must be LADC I or LADCII or equivalent (required). Equivalent is defined as: completed a Master's Degree in one of the following disciplines or a closely related field: clinical psychology, education/counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, and experience in substance abuse and mental health services.
• At least three years of experience in substance abuse treatment environment (required).
• At least one year of supervisory experience providing clinical supervision to interdisciplinary team (required).
• Working knowledge of DPH's Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) regulations.
• Familiarity with Internet, word processing and email systems.
• Experience working with substance use and dual diagnoses.
