**This is a remote role however the ideal candidate will live near and/or driving distance from Malvern, PA**

As part of Siemens Healthineers Clinical Innovation and Informatics Team, advise and assist the Ci2 team in using Siemens Healthineers product portfolio, tools, and services, and help drive efficiency and effectiveness in hospital processes, including improving quality while reducing cost.

  • Manage PACS and voice recognition workflows at multiple sites including maintenance activities, corrections, updates, and patches.
  • Implement and manage HL7 integration, troubleshoot error messages, and manage live HL7 connections.
  • Setup DICOM modality work listing and DICOM send configurations for image transfer management to VNA or third-party associates.
  • Create and maintain radiologist reading work lists for various radiologist group requirements, e.g. subspecialty, anatomy, location.
  • Manage PACS display protocols and technologist quality control workflows
  • Design, create and implement PACS reports for management review.
  • Troubleshoot end user issues and requests for operational activities, e.g. correction workflows, image management, modality software support
  • Assist with routine project activities or specific assignments performed at customers' site
  • Prepare weekly status reports on all project activities. May assist in pre-sales support activities as needed.

  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Understanding of changing healthcare informatics landscape
  • Understanding of how technology (medical, IT, etc.) enables processes and helps improve patient care delivery workflow
  • Previous experience in healthcare IT
  • Ability to analyze complex healthcare environments, workflow, processes, and outcomes (clinical, operational, and financial) as it relates to ambulatory imaging informatics.
  • Flexibility to learn and become an expert in new software applications that will assist the Clinical Innovation and Informatics team

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Healthcare related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years as a PACS Administrator with IT management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Minimum 8-10 years as a radiology voice recognition system administrator with experience supporting radiologist workflows.
  • Willing to travel up to 50%

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Advanced Degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Health Informatics
  • Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP) certification
  • Project management experience
  • Business Intelligence Software
  • Experience in a modern programming language (Python, R, Java, etc.)
