RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Client Fee Invoicing Support Specialist in Baltimore, MD.Duties:

• Contributes to end-to-end invoicing processes and research required to transform data into information for reporting purposes; Assists with continuous improvement activities such as the analysis of exceptions; Providing support for audits; And completing assigned tasks to support the maintenance of the control environment
• With general mentorship, gathers, reconciles, and analyzes data to produce client invoices and related reporting, performs reconciliations, prepares daily reports, and supports analyses, including client effective rate analysis
• Helps implement financial system modifications to align with revised billing, reporting, accounting, and accounting process policies, procedures, and more substantial regulatory changes
• Contributes to the identification of reporting of risks, gaps in billing or reporting, patterns, or recurring issues; Ensures accurate controls are implemented and followed for respective areas

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of total relevant work experience
• Analytical skills and sound judgment; consultative skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational abilities
• Works well independently and in a matrixed team environment; Ability to work under pressure towards deadlines
• Strong Excel skills, including use of VLOOKUP function and pivot tables
