Experis is looking for an Administrative/Claims Assistant for a contract position.

• Process electronic claim file correspondence to the appropriate claim files.
• Process claims payments for mailing (both manually and using inserter machine).
• Process checks received for voiding, recovery/subro or undeliverable mailing reasons.
• Receive, review, prepare and enter data into various applications, databases and/or Excel workbooks.
• Will provide customer service by responding to or sending, basic/intermediate level internal and external claim related correspondence, via email or system activities, as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Ability to stay focused in a multi-task in fast pace 'Remote/Virtual' environment.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and professionally onsite or remote.
• Ability to utilize multiple applications/systems simultaneously to complete tasks.

• Ability to communicate effectively, in written, electronic, and verbal form.
• Ability to organize and compile data and work assignments in a prioritized manner.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet based programs.
• Proficient in Imaging applications which support imaged documents workflows.
• Proficient in locating, moving, and relabeling documents; working within network folders
• Ability to identify discrepancies, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform minimum keystroke of 40 WPM data entry accurately.
• Ability to work extended hours - if required.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• Good attendance and flexibility.

Preferred:

• Prior remote work experience
• MS (Microsoft Teams) and/or Zoom remote experience.

Remote environment requirements if necessary:

Minimum speed 200MB download speed needed. Beyond that, it depends on other factors like (parallel devices in the home, distance from modem/router, etc).
