Responsibilities for Claims Analyst jobs include but are not limited to:

Follows written procedures and scripts provided

Uses proprietary software tools to access and review claim documents, enter claim decisions, and create escalations when needed

Utilizes documented team processes to ensure compliance with departmental standards

Meets and exceeds expectations for accuracy and productivity

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Claims Analyst jobs:

GED or High School Diploma

1 to 2 years of college courses preferred

Minimum 2 years experience working in an office environment

High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent attention to detail Clear, direct, respectful communicator
