Hiring rate of position: $29.354 to start. $30.822 after six months probation.

Location of position: Omaha, NE

Work schedule: 8-5 Monday - Friday with additional hours evening and weekends as necessary
Examples of Work
Contract manager for Eastern Service Area Ongoing case management contract is the primary point of contact who ensures compliance with applicable state and federal rules and regulations, CFS policy, and the terms and conditions of the contract. In addition the contract manager will staff complex cases across divisions while identifying internal and external resources to support children and their families. Contract manager is responsible for collaborating and coordinating all contract management tasks. This position provides ongoing coordination and communication with contractor, DHHS staff, internal and external stakeholders, etc. The contract manager addresses and resolves internal and external complaints. is responsible for collaborating and coordinating all contract management tasks. Manages and monitors contractor progress and performance. The contract manager is the lead on the ESA Oversight Team which includes experts from finance, procurement, and program.
Qualifications / Requirements
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in public administration, social work, human development, public health, behavioral science, law, finance, human resources or other program related field AND two years of experience in a field related to the assigned program area including supervisory experience; OR a Master's degree in any of the above mentioned fields. Experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.

PREFERRED: Bachelors degree required in business management or human services. Master's degree preferred. Supervisory experience of 3 years or more.
