Summary:
Provides activities and services to meet the psychosocial, emotional and developmental needs of the children of adult patients and families; provides coverage to pediatric patients as needed.

Starting salary for this position is $54,903 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Child Life, Child Development, or a related field and three (3) months of full-time experience in Child Life Position in a pediatric setting; or
2. Bachelor's degree in Child Life, Child Development, or a related field and a completion of a three (3) month Child Life internship.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

The Roswell Park Pediatric team is seeking an ambitious and motivated individual who wants to be part of dynamic and supportive team offering innovative programming for the children and families we serve. This position will participate in departmental and Institute-wide committees and initiatives. Resources will be provided to support continuing education, certifications, and professional memberships.
