Cheese Weight OperatorGeneral Purpose:Package and label cheese correctly. Organize cheese in the cooler. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assist cheese maker and table man Move cheese to press Work in cut, wrap, box, weigh, and palletize finished cheese Move cheese to cooler via fork lift Sort loads Maintain daily check on scales, metal detector, and fork lift Clean and sanitize throughout the cheese production area Clean cheese sock and hoops Dress cheese hoops Make boxes Follow all DFA GMP�s and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitation requirements The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
