Certified Payroll Clerk (Temporary)-Start Immediately!

Duties:

- Manage certified payroll and labor compliance documents.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of certified payroll weekly.

- Assist with DIR Uploads and DAS 140/142 Apprentice documents.

- Communicate effectively with subcontractors regarding payroll compliance.

- Prepare status reports for payments to subcontractors.

- Submit labor compliance documents for projects.

- Collaborate with internal team members and client liaison.

Additional Duties:

- Provide training to other employees.

- Prepare periodic status reports for subcontractor payments.

- Perform other assigned duties.

Must have:

- 3-4+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience.

- 2+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience.

- Experience with online payroll reporting (LCP Tracker, Elations, EMARS).

- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus.

- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Attention to detail is a must.

Salary: $28-$35 Hourly
