Job Summary

Develops and implements a strategy to assist MBA and other Master's students to gain competitive job offers from premiere employers. Ensures graduate students are practiced in the areas of professional development, prepared to meet potential employers and to compete for MBA level job offers. Establishes and develops a comprehensive communications strategy to effectively promote and market MBA, Master of Science in Information Systems, Graduate Accounting Program, and Graduate Finance Program students. Develops and maintains effective business relationships with potential employers for intern and permanent employment of Kelley School MBA, MSIS, MSF and GAP graduates. Drives innovation and excellence within the area of career services.

Directs leadership staff who provide supervision to career services teams. Establishes long-term business plans and long-term strategic objectives. Responsible for escalated operational issues, including human resources and/or people management situations. Determines overall budget for career services teams. Develops business relationships across the university and externally.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Counseling, or a related field.

Five years of experience in Career Services, Business, Human Resources, Counseling, or a related field.

Three years of management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in a related field.
