The Case IH Parts Campaign Manager role will develop, implement, and report on marketing programs and campaigns in support of the Case IH customers' experiences throughout the awareness, consideration, purchase, and loyalty stages of the parts buyer's journey. The Campaign Manager develops and implements marketing, branding and promotional campaigns to stimulate demand for Case IH parts offerings, solutions and technologies related to Case IH customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements a marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns to stimulate demand for marketing segments and related portfolio of products.
  • Develops, executes, and reports on marketing commercialization strategies including product positioning, messaging, advertising, public relations, packaging, price positioning, direct marketing and competitive brand positioning across traditional and digital channels.
  • Plans, implements, evaluates and reports on success of the strategy for marketing brand and products to various distribution channels (i.e., wholesalers, retailers, distributors).
  • Coordinates merchandising, promotion and commercial collaboration projects between the organization and distribution channels to increase demand for organization products and services.
  • Uses market research, product analysis, and customer feedback to recognize opportunities for advancing the brand across a range of products and categories.
  • Provides input to Marketing Managers for development of marketing plans for program implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
  • Provides input for training, education/competency, and technical assistance to the sales force and customers.
  • Assists in the development and coordination of content to be used in events such as corporate meetings and tradeshows.
  • Manages budgets for all marketing activities related to assigned segments and products.Strategic oversight and project management of campaign activities with agency, partners and internal data and analytics functions
  • This position pays $90,000 to $130,000 ( Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications or similar.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience creating, executing and reporting on integrated marketing communications plans.
  • Content creation and management in support of campaigns and activities.
  • Experience with multi-channel writing to meet the needs of both traditional and digital channels.
  • Experience with marketing technology, engineered products and capital equipment.
  • Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, Digital Media and Websites.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, production management and content creation and management.
