What We Offer:
- Paid training
- Hourly rate plus the opportunity to earn extra in performance-based bonuses
- $500 (Full-time), Retention Bonus paid after 90 days of satisfactory performance
- Starting rate is dependent on previous experience (bilingual a plus but not a must)

Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
- Must have access to Ethernet hard-wired service; Can not be WI-FI
- Outgoing, positive attitude
- Computer navigation skills
- The ability to focus in a fast-paced environment while handling calls. in a friendly, courteous manner
