Responsibilities
Conviva is seeking a dedicated, compassionate and cheerful Bilingual Call Center / Customer Service Representative who is interested in being part of a team that focuses on excellent service to others. The Call Center Representative represents the company by addressing incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries.

Essential Functions
• Answer phone calls utilizing a multi-line telephone system.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all requests by taking appropriate action, such as scheduling appointments, taking messages, transferring calls to appropriate staff.
• Ensure thorough records are maintained by documenting discussion, messages and actions taken to process inquiries.
• Resolve patient issues through independent problem solving and with a goal of first call.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English & Spanish
- 3 years of Customer Service experience
- Strong typing and computer navigation skills
- Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities, including use of multiple computer applications simultaneously
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Previous inbound call center or related customer service experience
- Healthcare experience
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
