RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Minneapolis, MN. The client needs someone to help out on out the Spire Stonewain platform.Principal Responsibilities:- Primary user/vendor contact for a designated investment system and back-up user/vendor contact for other investment systems
- Provide daily support to all users of investment data by fielding questions, analyzing data issues, identify cause and assist with implementation of solution
- As a Business Systems Analyst, you will analyze designated systems data structures and business processes; Develop alternatives, enhancements, and solutions that maximize effectiveness
- Support project-specific data mapping efforts
- Act as the conduit between the business analysts and the development team, managing data requirement as needed for design and development efforts
- BSA will participate in the implementation of system, product, and process enhancements that affect investment systems; Work closely with team members and users to identify, prioritize, escalate, and resolve system issues and provide system expertise in the management of all investment system-related projects and requests
- Additional duties, as requested
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the Information Technology field (Windows system Administrator)
- Moderate to strong technical skills (Windows 10, Microsoft Office professional, Visio, SharePoint)
- Proven ability to build requirements, in partnership with the business line
- Ability to multi-task, work independently or as part of a team
- Strong commitment to procedures and controls
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of management, business partners and applications developers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail as well as a strong desire to learn
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to think and act independently
- Must have solid organizational skills, the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and the ability to understand new concepts quickly
- Candidate will be expected to have an understanding of system quality assurance procedures, system development life cycle and project methodologies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
