Kforce has a client in Greenwood Village, CO that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst.Responsibilities:
Business Systems Analyst manages and coordinates activities concerning the billing platform including but not limited to: researching functionality inquiries, managing enhancement requests, and providing support for billing system releases and upgrades
Translates user requirements into design for new software or extensive software revisions
Creates high-level architectural specifications, while ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems and platforms
Business Systems Analyst assists the Billing Operations Management team by compiling data and producing reports to monitor SLA adherence, track departmental activity and recommend process improvements
Provides expertise on cross-application implications
Approves business requirements, estimation, functional specifications, testing strategy and other activities to ensure architectural alignment
Works closely with stakeholders to identify and negotiate opportunities to apply architecture standards and guidelines
Business Systems Analyst has extensive interaction with company personnel, billing vendors, and other external contacts
10+ years of experience designing or configuring software applications
6 to 10 years of experience designing or configuring software applications
Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned
Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
