Business Systems Analyst *Title:* Business Systems Analyst
*Location:* Riverside, CA
*Compensation:* $75,000-$85,000 DOE
*Requirements: * 3+ years of experience

We are a Christian Organization and are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Riverside, CA. An ideal candidate should have an interest in joining a Christian Organization, and must have 3+ years of experience.

In this role, you'll work to provide support and access to data within our internal systems and related business software. This may include assisting with the development of policies and procedures, project management, and monitoring systems and data integrity. You will guide users in decision- making regarding codes, values, parameters, data conversion specifications, validation criteria, forms, report standards, and ad-hoc reporting needs. In this position, you will develop both functional and semi technical specifications for users and developers. You will also analyze, troubleshoot, and research system issues as needed.

This is a full time, permanent position on-site in Riverside, CA (it will be fully on-site for the first 4-6 months, then it can switch to a hybrid format) .

What You Will Be Doing -Work with staff to investigate, analyze and resolve hardware, software, and communications issues related to business applications in support of organization operations
-Help departments define existing and new business processes, recommend technology solutions, and implement technology solutions
-Plan, monitor, analyze, and manage projects to improve business process performance
-Elicit user requirements and look for ways to improve and create efficient processes and systems
-Assess user requirements and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to help meet business needs
-Provide end user training on system usage, data management, report writing, and other related components
-Work with various departments to ensure compliance with standards and procedures
-Assist with creating and implementing solutions to various department needs
-Work closely with IT staff in implementing changes and improvements
-Perform system maintenance and updates, and assist with debugging as needed
-Recommend and implement internal web solutions to assist departments with access to information, resources, and services
-Prepare reports, presentations, and participate in meetings as needed
-Interact with internal and external customers
-Manage and administer business systems such as document/content management, housing, scheduling, and related internal applications
What You Need for this Position *Must haves:*
-3+ years of experience
-Knowledge of business systems, applications, processes, and financial transactions
-Skilled in the use of personal computers and related software applications, especially, Microsoft Office
-General knowledge of enterprise applications
-Experience with a Content Management System or ERP System (Workday, Oracle, SAP, etc...)
-Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects
-Ability to read and write at a level appropriate to the duties of the position
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively and professionally with a diverse organization
-Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
-Ability to create, compose and edit written materials
-Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments
-Ability to investigate and analyze information, and to draw conclusions
