Job Summary

Our company is seeking an experienced Business Process Lead to support our Customer Order Management, Pricing, and EDI teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process management, experience in customer order management and pricing, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define, implement and manage end-to-end customer order management, pricing, and EDI processes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, identify risks and implement mitigation plans
  • Work closely with IT, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful order execution
  • Drive standardization and optimization of core customer management processes
  • Develop and maintain documentation for customer order management, pricing, and EDI processes, including process maps, user manuals, and training materials
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide process solutions that support their requirements
  • Participate in capability enhancements and ensure smooth transition to new processes
  • Provide training and support to end-users on customer order management, pricing, and EDI processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of experience in business process management, preferably in customer order management, pricing, and EDI
  • Strong knowledge of customer order management, pricing, and EDI processes
  • Experience in project management and change management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and apply new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in supporting customer order management, pricing, and EDI processes in a large enterprise environment
  • Knowledge of ERP systems such as Infor CloudSuite, SAP, or Oracle
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and teams
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management
