BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager 3 Job for an opportunity at Puget Sound, WA 1-2 days a week onsite from time to time!

Position Title: Business Development Manager 3

Location: Puget Sound, WA 1-2 days a week onsite from time to time but not on a weekly basis.

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 02 Months and possibility of extension.

Job Type: Contract and Hybrid/Onsite

Pay Range: $40 - $45/hr.

  • Job Description:

    Summary:

    The Xbox Org Office of the Chief of Staff is looking for project management support to traffic manage team actions across the team driving them through to completion and create efficiencies enabling the team to be more effective. This role requires executive presence, confidentiality, demonstrated initiative and bias for action, and ability to be a self-starter and act on requests sometimes with minimal guidance. Role reports into to the Senior Business Manager and works on deliverables across the entire office including Chief of Staff, Executive Communications Director, and Business Program Manager.

    Core Deliverables:

    • Capture actions and traffic manage actions driving them through to completion across immediate team and Xbox Chief of Staff community.
    • Coordinate scheduled and ad hoc internal comms (i.e., Employee Signals, Connects) including leveraging past drafts and updating/editing to current information.
    • Provide data analysis and suggest insights on org reporting (employee data, signals, etc.)
    • Assist with planning and execution logistics for strategy roll out initiatives.
    • Support and drive team efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging previous work and standardizing/templatizing for future use. Include document organization/setup for BOM/run of show for town halls, partner, and people manager/principals events.
    • Work across the team to track/update ROB activities ensuring they're updating across all ROB outputs and communicated across the org, as needed.
    • Act as backup to space lead capturing actions/notes and following up with stakeholders ensuring that they handle and close on all requested deliverables.
    • Work with Business Program Manager to manage security groups and permissions across IDWeb and as well as SharePoint at the direction of the site manager.
    • Coordinate tracking and reporting on compliance/learning completion.
    • Track executive speaking requests for executive comms review and handling.
    • Work with Chief of Staff and Senior Business Manager to update weekly leadership team invites ensuring subject, attendees, and Teams Meeting details are accurate and up to date.
    • Work with Senior Business Manager on customer engagement needs specifically setup and formatting of briefing books for industry events ensuring accuracy and clarity.
    • Other project needs as assigned including but not limited to coordinating team offsite activities and budget and PO management.

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in M365 apps including Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams, and PowerPoint; SharePoint experience also a plus.
    • Internal communications planning, copywriting, and editing.
    • Demonstrated initiative and self-direction; ability to move ahead with minimal guidance.
    • Familiarity with project management fundamentals
    • client experience required preferably in business management, marketing, and/or communications, familiarity with the Gaming organization a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent required
