You will build solutions for the largest occupiers of corporate real estate. You are part of a high performing team that actively approaches c-suite and real estate executives to generate new business and evolve existing relationships. Your focus will be solely on companies that have large, multi-location (50 or more) real estate footprints throughout the world. Your potential clients are not only based in New Jersey (where you will office) but throughout North America. Your outreach is unrestricted by the geography you work in.

What You'll Be Doing

As a vital member of a consistently recognized high performing team at Cushman & Wakefield, you will lean into your natural 'take charge' abilities by using practical, yet unconventional solutions to prospect new business to accomplish lead generation and secure new client opportunities for the firm. You will immediately be placed on a leading brokerage team where you focus on producing leads, securing meetings, and qualifying information to help the team win new business. This role will provide you the opportunity to...
  • Have autonomy in generating your own sales targets via research, industry articles and specific targeted verticals.
  • Freely think and work independently while you pursue the team's goals and your revenue targets.
  • Develop new accounts by outbound prospecting (e.g. calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, in person contacts) with assertive, outcome-based messaging designed to meet the current challenges of your target market's business.
  • Use your conceptual, innate talent to understand, articulate, and demonstrate C&W's platform, service lines, and value proposition.
  • Measure and optimize what's working by updating team members on program status and outbound activities, using the firm's CRM which will provide the backend support to keep you focused on your targets.
  • Delegate the details of the client onboarding process to the team transaction manager so that you are freed up.

Requirements
  • 2 to 4 years of solution selling experience, preferably in a high-volume outbound sales environment (e.g. recruiting, tech)
  • Possess a strong phone presence and superior communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
  • Perseverant; works hard and handles objections well
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to procure a real estate license and maintain within 6 months of start date

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: This is a commission-based position with a draw, and expectations are to earn $80,000 - $150,000, by the 2nd year of business
