Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Analyst/Project Manager:

Job Description:-

• The role of Business Analyst / Project Manager is a key role for the success of the Business.

• The role provides a combined Business Analyst and Project Management function for Electronic Trading (E-Trading) Business initiatives.

• The position serves as a vital interface between the E-Trading Equities Business and Technology teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between the Equities business and Equities Technology teams

• Gather business requirements and develop well-defined business requirement and functional requirement documents

• Explore business solutions recommending the best valued solutions balancing business process impact and IT operations risks

• Deliver projects according to requirements and expected schedules

• Plan project activity and resources

• Create project baselines and document and manage project progress and timelines

• Manage project constraints and adjust schedules as required

• Manage project communication of progress, decisions and risks to project stakeholders

Experience:

• 2-3 years of project management experience with PM certifications a plus

• Experience in banking or financial business environment

• Competency in MS Work, MS Excel and MS Project or equivalent

• Ability to translate business requirements to technical specifications

• Excellent time management and project delivery skills

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Team player
