Accountabilities

• Interprets qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, gain insights, resolve challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
• Pinpoints emerging issues and makes recommendations to ensure business objectives are satisfied.
• Establishes and ensures compliance with selling and pricing rules, including, e.g., providing pricing guidance and benchmarking data and managing deal approval.
• Designs and manages sales incentive programs to drive desired behaviors and outcomes.
• Provides ongoing group and 1:1 training on business objectives, selling motions and performance metrics to sales managers and teams.
• Manages and executes on contractual compliance with publishers, vendors, etc.
• Partners with Finance on revenue forecasting, tracking and reporting.
• Optimizes operational processes through, for example, automation.
• Completes special projects, as needed, in order to deliver on key objectives.

Qualifications

• BA in Economics, Business, Finance or related field.
• 2 years' experience guiding key business decisions, including communicating with senior leadership.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and comfort with numbers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to solve routine problems independently or with moderate guidance and direction from more senior level roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large sets of information and data.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish mutual team goals.

Ability to work independently, manage to key deadlines and balance competing priorities.
