RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst/E-Commerce. This role is currently 100% remote and may switch to a hybrid model when COVID-19 ramps down.Responsibilities:
  • Examine customer behavior and purchasing trends
  • Create and maintain performance reporting dashboards
  • Collect, analyze, and evaluate data
  • Analyze database information to determine customer profiles
  • Produce insights and recommendations to drive improvements
  • Support project implementation
  • Assist with quality assurance and user acceptance testing
  • Generate ad hoc reporting


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience within E-Commerce/digital analytics
  • Strong proficiency with Excel (data manipulation, advanced formulas, modeling)
  • Familiar with PowerBI or similar BI tools, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Listrak, or similar CRM platform, is a plus
