RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Tampa, FL.Responsibilities:- Business Analyst will create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions
- Develop necessary analysis and documentation in collaboration with members of the -Team-
- Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Business Analyst will be documenting and communicating the results of the efforts
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of work
- As a Business Analyst, you will evaluate current environment and existing model to baseline capability measurement
- Analyze business processes, conduct interviews, and confer with management to document procedures and determine functional requirements
- Observe and evaluate Continual Service Improvement processes
- Conduct process assessment, gap analysis and provide recommendations
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience serving as a Technical Business Analyst focused on security services
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Excellent documentation skills
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong understanding of ITIL V3/4 lifecycles and processes
- Conducted capability audits, maturity model audits
- Familiarity with various automated database reporting tools
- Ability to work within team environment
- Experience with enterprise security development
- Experience in the Healthcare industry
- Project Management experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
