RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's Fortune 100 Client in Raleigh, NC is looking for two Business Analysts on a contract to hire basis.Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements, negotiate about deviations, write detailed requirements, and participate in design reviews
• Analyze existing and strategic information systems to meet the business needs and supports the CIO strategic goals
• Assessing the systems solution currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it
• Resolving/work with development teams on technical problems as they arise
• Write detailed user stories for technical teams (for implementation), responsible for overall delivery of requirements and define acceptance criteria fulfillment and testing
• Being responsible for testing of new functionalities (SIT/UAT/STG/production validation)
• Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have
• Providing updates to stakeholders on product processes, issue analysis and resolution

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Application Development
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in (verb)- leading, writing, researching, guiding, managing, etc.
• Exposure to Quote to Cash end to end application processing
• Demonstrated communication skills in a customer facing environment
• Proven experience in business demand assessments, implementation of new requirements using knowledge of existing solution and working with developers to enhance user experience
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Salesforce DX
• Experiences with version control tools (e.g. GIT)
• Basic experience with scripting languages (python, shell/bash, ruby)
• Experience and knowledge of collaboration tools (Jira, Trello, Slack)
• Basic knowledge of CRM, CLM, CPQ
• Fluent in English - writing and speaking (negotiation ability)
• Decision making skills
• Ability to work using Agile methodologies on Squads as well as independently
• Ability to translate technical requirements and solutions into business language
• Skills to work with business stakeholders to understand application lifecycle planning and document objectives and requirements
• Demonstrate competency anticipating problems and complications and formulating solutions so as not to impede the progress of the project
• Good understanding of the Q2C process
• Soft skills - communication, negotiation, collaboration, focus on detail, stress resilience
• Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Previous project development experience is advantageous
• APEX - advantage
