The Buildings and Grounds worker is responsible for assisting with all grounds related work, setups and furniture moves, custodial duties and all other maintenance duties. The position reports to the Lead Groundskeeper.

Assist with all exterior grounds work including mowing, weeding, pruning, trash pick-up, mulching and snow removal.

Assist with setups for various events and other furniture moves.

Assist with daytime custodial duties.

Assist all other crew members when needed, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical.

Perform all other duties as assigned by the Lead Groundskeeper.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

One year related employment preferred.

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. required.

Ability to work with minimal supervision required.

Must be able to communicate effectively.

Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
