The Bonding Tech sets up and operates manufacturing equipment associated with material fabrication and target bonding. This is a 2nd shift position.

  • Operate various equipment including, but not limited to saws, grinders, sanders, bonding equipment, laser engravers and computers
  • Monitor the transfer of all customer backing plates using a computer program.
  • Must be proficient using micrometers, calipers and measuring instruments. CMM experience helpful
  • Cross training for C-Scan of targets and target assemblies required
  • Finish clean and vacuum seal finished targets in the clean room
  • Create spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel


REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to work 2nd shift.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months previous manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as shop orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints and procedure manuals.
  • Good Math Skills; good computer skills.
  • Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule and hours dependent upon business needs/as necessary.

The candidate selected will have to qualify as either a U.S. citizen, a U.S. National, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a Person Admitted into the U.S. as an Asylee or Refugee., a National of a country that is not prohibited from having access to U.S. controlled technology (via a letter of assurance), or a Person to be approved for an export license by the governing agency whose technology comes under its jurisdiction."
